Bobby Lashley, who is probably best remembered for taking part in a storyline with Donald Trump a few years ago, has signed a two fight deal with the PFC. Lashley will fight on February 6th, but no opponent has been named as of yet. Lashley was an All-American wrestler for four years of college. He made his debut on December 13th, and won convincingly in less than a minute. Lashley is currently 32 years of age, perhaps it’s a little late to be jumping into the fight game? Brock Lesnar, another former World Wrestling Entertainer, is still currently younger than Lashley, at thirty-two himself.

Bobby Lashley isn’t alone in signing with the PFC, as Hector “Shango” Lombard, undefeated in his last eleven fights, has also signed with the Pacific Fighting Championship. Lombard has yet to fight on American soil, so it should be interesting to see how he reacts to the atmosphere. The Ultimate Fighting Championship has nothing to worry about after these two signings, but it has to be a positive for the fight game, overall, to see some big names signing with an up-and-coming company.

Thanks to Sherdog for contract specifics.
