Brandon is postured up in my guard. To begin the set up I secure double wrist control.
I cross Brandon’s left arm over his right arm to break his posture.
To try to regain his posture Brandon pulls his arms back in, as he does this I push his right arm between my legs and reposition my right hand around the back of his neck to keep his posture broken down.
Maintaining control of Brandon’s posture with my right hand and continuing to push his right arm all the way through my legs I open up my guard and throw my legs in front of his shoulders and hook my left foot underneath my right.
I use my left hand which is now free to pull his left arm across my centerline and pin it around my left leg.
I unhook my guard and place my right foot on Brandon’s left hip and push in order to position my left leg across the back of his neck.
I now bring my right leg up and hook it over the bottom of my left shin.
To tighten up the triangle choke I pull the heel of my left foot til it’s in the crook of my right knee. To maintain control of Brandon’s posture I place my left hand around the back of his head.
To finish I apply downward pressure on his head and squeeze my knees together.
