Bring a hand towel with you!

Not a wash rag, but a decent size hand towel. What are you going to do with this you ask?

You are going to start using it for the mechanics of every workout.

Been doing tricep pull downs with the bar? Not anymore. Seated rows with just the V-handle? Not anymore.

Start bringing your towel to the gym and feed it through the hook and begin your transformation into your very own G.I. Joe with a kung fu grip!
